Pro-Tech Engineering, specializing in civil and municipal engineering services, surveying services and land planning has been acquired by BEC-LIN Engineering, L.P. We have combined forces to better serve our clients throughout the state of Texas and several neighboring states.
BEC-LIN Engineering, L.P., headquartered in Houston, Texas, was established in January of 2011 with the merger of BEC Engineering and Lin Engineering. Since inception, BEC-LIN has acquired Tan Associates, TSG Consultants, and TSG Services. The union of these companies solidifies 40 years of experience. We are all very excited about the addition of Pro-Tech Engineering to our team. Pro-Tech’s strong reputation of providing quality engineering services for over 40 years, adds to the proficiency of our already well-established company.
With this merger, our current engineering team is comprised of six professional engineers with disciplines in civil, structural, forensics, and construction management. Our team also consists of two engineers-in-training, two project managers, eleven design drafting technicians, and seven administrative personnel. The combination of BEC-LIN’s existing staff and Pro-Tech’s additional staff, will enable us to handle projects of any size and devote prompt attention and detail to each project at a competitive fee.
In addition to BEC-LIN Engineering combining forces with Pro-Tech Engineering, BEC-LIN will work closely with our affiliated company, Tri-Tech Surveying Company, L.P. Tri-Tech Surveying is a trusted professional surveying firm with over seventy qualified survey related personnel, and has been servicing the state of Texas since 1994. Tri-Tech is headquartered in Houston with offices in Kerrville, Lufkin and is currently moving the Austin operations to San Marcos. Our San Marcos location will house both Tri-Tech and BEC-LIN under the same roof which will enable us to work hand-in-hand to provide our clients with a turnkey solution.
